EIRS offers three types of admission options.
1. Day Scholars : These students will bring lunch from home and separate mess hall is provided for them.
2. Day Boarders : This group will be provided with breakfast and lunch every day. The food served is of international standards and is prepared and supervised by E IRS’s own catering department.
3. Regular Boarders:This group is allowed to leave the hostel only during vacations or on the 2nd Saturday of each month. Currently, this group includes students from USA,Europe and Middle East.
Requirements
Admission is open to all irrespective of caste or creed . A copy of the Birth Certificate from the Registrar of Births and Deaths will be required at the time of admission to LKG/UKG and class 1. Pupils coming from other schools will have to produce a Transfer Certificate issued by the school last attended. Admission will be confirmed after an entrance test(not required for LKG/UKG & Grade 1)
The Senior Secondary Section ( XI & XII)
The Senior Secondary Section consists of Science & Commerce Stream. This course leads to the All India Senior School Certificate Examination (AISSCE). Student in the Senior Secondary become more specialized in their studies with focus on eventual career choices. Specialist teaching therefore increases to equip students for higher education and the professional world. Apart from the prescribed CBSE syllabus, the school strives to enhance the knowledge base of the students by developing their analytical power and ability in order to succeed in competitive examinations.
Students those who are interested to join in EIRS has to do the online registration to appear for the entrance test based on X- grade portions which will be held in 1st week of April every year. Based on the performance of the admission test and the X- grade model exams marks only admission as well as streams will be confirmed.
